PTS vs PTR Formula

PTR (Price to Retailer) is the price at which the stockist sells the product to the retailer.

PTR Formula: MRP ÷ (1 + GST%)

PTS (Price to Stockist) is the price at which the manufacturer sells the product to the stockist after deducting the retailer’s margin and considering GST.

PTS Formula: (MRP ÷ (1 + GST%)) × (1 – Retail Margin%)
